This Privacy Policy explains how Goki processes your personal information ("Personal Information") when you access our Services, websites, or mobile applications ("Sites"). Personal Information is any information that identifies or could reasonably be linked to you. It does not include de-identified or aggregated data.
What Personal Information Does Goki Collect?
Information you provide to us: We collect Personal Information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, property details, geographic location, and information regarding your use of our Services. We also collect information when you interact with our support channels or respond to surveys.
Information we collect automatically: When you visit our Sites or use our Services, we may collect information from your device, including IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, and location data. We use location information to deliver relevant Services (for example, identifying the property associated with a door unlock). How Does Goki Use My Personal Information?
We use your Personal Information for legitimate business purposes, including: to provide and maintain the Services, including issuing mobile keys, DoorCodes, and managing access permissions; to set up and manage your account; to communicate with you about your account, support requests, and service updates; to improve and develop our Services; to send you marketing communications about products, features, and offers (with your consent where required); to protect our company, customers, and Services from fraud and security threats; and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Does Goki Share My Personal Information?
We do not rent or sell your Personal Information. We share it only when there is a legitimate business reason to do so.
Property operators: When you are a guest at a property using Goki, certain information (such as your name and booking details) is shared with the property operator to facilitate your stay and access.
Service providers: We share Personal Information with vendors and service providers who support our business, such as payment processors, cloud hosting providers, and customer support tools. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your data for their own purposes.
Business transfers: We may share Personal Information in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We will use reasonable efforts to ensure the transferee honours this Privacy Policy.

Your account is protected by a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Goki uses industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet or stored on our systems.
If you suspect unauthorised activity on your account, contact our support team at support.goki.travel. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please follow the guidelines in our Vulnerability Disclosure Program.
International Users
Goki is based in Australia. Your Personal Information may be transferred to and processed in Australia. If we transfer your data outside Australia, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to comply with applicable data protection laws.
EU and EEA Users
If you are located in the EU or EEA, we process your Personal Information in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). We collect and use your data only where we have a lawful basis: performance of our contract with you, legitimate interests (such as improving our Services and marketing), your consent, or compliance with legal obligations.

What Personal Information Can I Access?
You can access and update your account information through the Settings page of the PassLane dashboard or Goki mobile app. This includes your profile information, property details, and usage history.
How Long Does Goki Keep My Data?
We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, and in accordance with applicable law.
Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Service data (such as access logs) is retained as required for security, compliance, and operational purposes. Marketing preferences are retained for a reasonable period from the date you last engaged with our communications. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. If deletion is not immediately possible (for example, data in backup archives), we isolate it from further use until deletion is complete.
How Do I Delete My Account?
You can request account deletion by contacting support@goki.travel or through the Settings page in the PassLane dashboard. Upon deletion, your profile and associated data will be removed from our servers. Residual copies may remain on backup media for up to 90 days.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting an announcement on our Services or by email before the changes take effect. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
